Welcome to the Episode 1 of the daily series about my journey back to fitness after being injured for 8 weeks. The major goal is to get myself fit again and ready to compete in cycling races across China. In coming episodes I am going to be sharing with you everything about my form, fitness lost and how I am going to be getting it back. Episodes are going to include the training sessions I do with detailed info on power, heart rate data, hours of training per week/month etc.

Great work, good luck in your training.
I am back to cycling as well, but I will not have time for daily ride, but 2-3 times a week depends of weather.
I have a question, I see that you are riding on really busy roads, is it safe?

a bit sketchy, I usually try to avoid busy roads :)
