A 30 Day Yoga Journey ~ Day 3 Observe!

Hitting up day 3 makes me feel like I'm a roll!

Today's theme was observe. We took time to observe how our bodies move and feel. It brought a lot of awareness to the idea that how we move is important, and everything counts. It also made me aware of how creaky my bones and muscles can feel! Haha

Of course, there is the spiritual side of this as well! Adriane talked about observing ourselves in moments throughout the day. Taking the idea from the mat to functioning in our world. How do we respond to situations? It's important to observe ourselves!

Another great topic to think about and funny is:

Next Monday I will talk a 1,5 hours training here in my company about perception and acceptance of the current situation :P But within less than 2 hours you can not really deeply talk about that whole topic but at least 1,5h working time for this super important topic - is a good success :P

I've tried yoga and its great on the mind and body.
Only wished I was more disciplined to follow it all the way.

I hear you! I definitely recommend trying this. The first video is 49 minutes, but rest haven't gone past thirty. It's been so nice!

Is one of the things people love to advise, to be "just calm" during stressing situations, but hardly anyone can keep calm during many situations at all. Good thing that you're learning about it during Yoga, no wonder many poeple love it! Keep going and keep posting!

Haha be calm...but with what skills? I loved that she tied it into a pose that was starting to strain my muscles and I could put it with something tangible!
