Ted Cruz Beard Meme

How I made it:

1. Copy image from web browser.
2. Open Photoshop
3. Press Control and "N" or select File, New. Photoshop automatically creates a file that is the exact size of the image in your clipboard, (the image you copied from the browser).
4. Come up with something snappy and funny that the subject of your image might say. In this case what the World's Most Interesting Man might say.
5. Adjust the size of the text relative to the image.
6. Under "Layer" go into "Layer Styles" and select "Stroke". This puts a boarder around the text to allow it to stand out against the background better.
7. And, adjust the text color to make it pop. Double click in the text to select it all. Once it's highlighted you can click on the color swatch in the tools panel and select from a wide range of colors. As the background image is dark, I chose a rich golden yellow color. This color stands out without being completely neon and bright.
