I took this action shot during a trail running race on Tygerberg Hills. It was tough to concentrate on the trail while admiring the epic view towards Table Mountain.

                Fab shot! I stayed (lived) in Capetown for about a year, several years ago. Beautiful country but I wasn't too keen on the unrelenting wind at times ;) I must go back some time.
