Extreme Jogging - Running in the semi-desert

It's Black Friday and my tip for today is to avoid any retail store and rather run somewhere off the beaten track! Who wants to be stuck is long queues spending your hard earn cash on stuff you were not going to buy anyway.

Here is a run I did with Riana, my wife, on the farm she grew up on. It is in the Hantam region of the Northern Cape in South Africa. Physically 20km from the closest town Calvinia. The landscape is classified as semi-desert and you can see why... I just love running here!
