Extreme Jogging - 7 Cascades (7 Waterfalls)
Today we did an epic extreme jog/hike to waterfall number two of the 7 Cascades (waterfalls) on the Island of Mauritius.You physically fight your way through a muddy jungle before getting to the top of this awesome waterfall. Then to top it all, you climb through behind te waterfall to go down. I took an awesome swim to the base of the waterfall. What an experience!

What an awesome place to jog! How far did you clock up on this exploration? I have been doing the you vs the year 1017km in 2017 challenge, probably not far for you pro runners, but mixed with my biking and calisthenics I am looking forward to a rest at christmas! Keep up the good work, love seeing content from fellow runners.
Only about 6km on this one. I've been managing an Achilles injury during the year so was not really clocking as many km as I would like. I've been focusing on shorter but more epic. ;) All the best your side... on this side I always need to work harded over the festive season to burn the amount of food and beer I'm consuming in the African heat. ;)
