The Dilapidated City. Plant blocks–3

It remains to go through and finish to shoot houses and courtyards at the very end of Uglovsky Street, so that the picture of the factory district will be fully formed. I have already photographed one part of the street last time, the part that I could not do the first time remained.

And here again there were some difficulties. Even from afar, I already sensed something was amiss, or rather I heard. This is impossible not to hear - the teenmobile (boyish lizzie car) with all its signs drove into the courtyard. Toning on all windows, lowered suspension and most importantly - it is hellishly loud swearing Russian rap. The engine of this bucket with bolts did not work good. This miracle of the Russian car industry drove very slowly with periodic stops. The impression was that, the apart from the first transmission, nothing else was stuck, judging by the rattling sounds of the working trough. The sound from the engine and transmission proceeded in no way quieter than music, which could probably be heard in the city center.

The most offensive is that no one even dared to call the police, because the time was almost 11 pm. I didn’t call police because I had to have time to shoot the material before turning off the lamps, since I don’t want to come back here the third time. In order not to find oneself, one had to hide behind trees every time this miracle of technology drove back and forth. It is unknown how much they were wasted, so I did not risk with expensive equipment.

In the courtyards, on the contrary, silence and tranquility.

Everywhere there are wooden walkways.

I will remember these places for a long time!

I can begin to slowly sum up. After each walk in a particular place, I advise or do not advise any places to visit.

These places I can advise to visit by bold, adventurous photographers who are interested in capturing the dust, spirit of hopelessness, dirt, sheds and barracks. Here you can shoot genre scenes and reports about the outback of Russia - the atmosphere and backgrounds are simply masterpiece! This is something like Solombala in Arkhangelsk. I have never been there, but according to the descriptions it fits.

For maximum sensations, walking here is better in the fall, in boots, with a good flashlight and not alone. On weekdays it is quiet here, but on Friday or Saturday the walk promises to be extreme.

It is better to take with you friends, but not photographers, since you are tired of waiting for each other in different places. Tested on personal experience.

For me, these quarters seemed a real ghetto in which I experienced the maximum number of different sensations.

And so, I am safe, alive, and without loss of equipment.

And now I get in my car, and from afar hellish music from that boyish car is still heard...
