Waiting Again
It says on my profile that I'm an African violet addict, it's a warning for people to know I'm going to post African violet reports from time to time. This is one of them.
For those of you who don't know me, I'm "collecting, rescuing" leaves and plant them in soil. That is how I get my flowers. One of my friend, Ewa has taught me this trick that's working. It's no need to pay for them as you can grow them yourself. You just need a leaf, good gardening soil for flowers and a pot.
This is my newest, just opened these flowers and I'm really happy to see them as they are very different from the ones I had till now. These two toned flowers are gorgeous. I know, it's not nice to praise what it's yours but this is not my merit but the flower's. I only collected the leaf, planted and watered it.
Today I have a new riddle to think about. This is the bud of a new flower that was planted last year in June 21, almost one year ago. Now it's blooming but I'm not sure I like what I see. the label says pink-purple, which is a vague definition, it could mean anything. I don't like pink but must have been a reason why I took this leaf. Must be something special. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Always pretty - you got a great bunch there... When my mum planted them, we would get a few flowers and be so happy with them, these are great! :)

I love pink violets! Yours are always so beautiful and healthy! I need to get a couple new ones and hide them away so that the helpful people who come to visit me are not watering them wrong.
