[Day 7] PLANK challenge with David | 和勇敢一起挑战平板支撑

这是第七天的平板支撑。
看完视频你可能都没发现今天勇敢也加入了平板支撑的活动。
由于手机摆放的位置，只拍到他的小脚。
视频少于1分钟是因为有一段视频勇敢起身去拿手机，我喝止了他，那段视频露脸了，所以就剪切掉了。

今天邀请@ryanshan25加入平板支撑的活动。不要当机机和软哥的第三者了！来平板支撑吧！

This is my 7th day of the PLANK challenge.
You may not even notice after watched the video. David once again joined the challenge. You can see his small feet hanging out next to me.

The video clip is less than 1 minute but I did more than 1 minute of PLANK.
David tried to grab the phone so I stopped him. I deleted this part of the video so the video is less than 1 minute now.

@ericet nice, I can only do one for about 30 seconds. I do use one of those yoga balls so maybe the incline makes it harder but one day I'd love to do a minute plus like you did.

Haha, I started with 30 seconds then slowly increased to 1 minute. It’s not hard after couple days.
