@ericet nice, I can only do one for about 30 seconds. I do use one of those yoga balls so maybe the incline makes it harder but one day I'd love to do a minute plus like you did.

Haha, I started with 30 seconds then slowly increased to 1 minute. It’s not hard after couple days.
