[Day 15] PLANK challenge | 挑战平板支撑

这已经是我参加的第15天的平板支撑活动。
已经不知不觉30天的挑战已经完成一半了～

昨天小p @pgr说做平板支撑要找到那个核心肌群紧绷的“点”
所以做的时候我特别注意找那个”点“，感觉我的受力点在胸部和腹部，所以做一分钟有点喘不过气来。

昨天@chann在我平板帖子下留言说，”我想每天做1分钟的平板的心愿下了一个月，结果一天都没有开始。。“
既然是你的心愿，那我就给你一个机会实现吧～
