Cheat Day Meal

We've all been there.

We're trying to look after our health, and when it comes down to it, there's a lot of foods that we need to be avoiding.


Some experts will tell you that it's okay to give in now and then, but that you ultimately need to focus on cutting it out entirely.


Yet others will, instead, say that eating this particular food is going to intoxicate you, and therefore completely negate all of the time that you spent being "good" while going without it.


All I know is:

I'm a food cheater.


Right, because I would never cheat on Omar...

but I will cheat on my food.


So for today's "cheat day" meal, I had had a cashew ginger soup with a runny-yolked-deep-fried-fatty-mess of an egg. 

And I enjoyed every second of it.

Delicioso!! I know the whole egg things but yummy!

I know!!! >.< But I'm not going to feel guilty for it. I went from 2-3 eggs a day to one egg a week, if that. I can't quit cold turkey, it's like cigarettes and I'm addicted. lol Eggs and cheese. Oh boy, lord help me.
