Greetings to you my beloved people I'm grateful to take part in this contest, it is really true that so many people have doubts in life and at times they go about emotionally depressed if they don't find solutions to it, that inner fear of doing something is natural everyone do have doubt on something.

Personally; I normally have doubt on how to accomplish a particular tasks I planned to do it could be business, something I want to purchase I could sometimes doubt the durability of what I'm purchasing. I sometimes have doubt if i will be able to accomplish a particular mission successfully.

In steemit; when I joined steemit newly I have so many doubts, I have joined so many online businesses and all of the crashed. So I doubted how long steemit will last, will it even work so many questions runs through my mind. In short I doubted it for a year after I was introduced to it then decided to join and give it a try. Now I regretted not joining steemit early and I'm even enjoying it now. All my doubt was cleared and I have no doubt about this noble platform.

• Well, life is about risk and so one needs to overcome the doubt and take the risk. So when the benefits outweigh the risk, I leave my doubt and move on, when it comes to business I take the risk to give it a try and see the outcome. I like saying "at least I tried than saying had I know" life itself is risky one even have doubt to live but whatever the case, giving a try on something and overcoming our doubt saves lives. As a health practitioners I understand and know the need of overcoming doubt and taking risk to save life.

• I also stay motivated to carry out a particular tasks, I advised my self and stay motivated to carry out any activities that I doubted. I don't wait to be encouraged by another person to clear my doubt, I go ahead and motivate my self to do something. That of joining steemit I motivated myself to give it a try and I never regret doing so.

• Stay focused do not compare; staying focused helped to overcome doubts, it helps me a lot. At times when I have doubt about something I stay focused instead of comparing myself to others, off I do such I will fail. I remember on one occasion I compared myself to someone and I give in to doubt a particular business plan, after a year the business came up successfully a friend that introduced me went ahead with it and now is successful but my doubt make me missed it.so from then on I encourage myself to always stay focused, be motivated and take the risk. And this formula helped me a lot to overcome my doubts.

Ah! I love myself so much 😻 a lot of things contribute to my self love. Love is a natural feelings and if I don't love myself I can't take good care of myself not to talk of loving another person. Knowing who I am makes me love myself so much 🥰. I know my abilities, my weaknesses, my beauty, my worth, I'm so precious, remembering that I worth more than many sparrows makes me love myself the more. I love myself to the moon and back

For happiness, being generous brings me much joy, staying arround my loved ones too makes me happy, seeing my patients back in good health makes me happy. Most importantly, rendering sacred service to my creator makes me happy too this are the activities I do in daily basis, they are my priority and I'm happy when I achieve all of them.

For my well-being, I eat healthy, takes care of my physical health, read, listen to music 🎵 rest, appreciate the nature by going out to feel it. Reduce activities that cause so much stress for me, explore to learn new things and adjust on things that I need to to live happily at all times.

So it is important to clear our doubts and take the risk to do something, this can be successful if we stay motivated and focused.
