Homemade Cold Noodles (Original) 自制凉皮

Have you eaten cold noodle?This is a very delicious traditional snack, especially in the north of china.Because of the working relationship, I spent a few years in the north, is the beginning of love to eat cold noodle.Then back to the south, occasionally buy cold noodle to eat, but the taste is not so good!
No matter what, hot and sour cold noodle can always make a big appetite,Do cold noodle is not difficult, but is time-consuming and energy, want to eat clean or assured yourself to do!
Materials to be used: flour, cucumber, carrots, onions, and sauces

This is the use of flour and knead the dough, put in the bowl with water scrubbing.
