Chicken, braised in cucumber brine with rice and carrots.
Put pickled cucumbers in a saucepan.
Put the chicken. I put the frozen chicken.
Stew the chicken for 1 hour.
Add pepper and other spices.
Add rice or other vegetable or cereal side dishes to the chicken.
