My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2019
I always enjoy my Sunday morning walk as it,s nice and quiet. Walked round the estate and down to the shopping centre. Had a look around a few shops then had a coffee and a nice chat. Then walked to my son's house before walking back home. Weather was cold and dry. Heavy rain due tomorrow.
