I am a double dolphin

Hi, all my Steemian friends!

It was a great day for me on May 14, 2022, when I joined this esteemed website, and I felt like I was lost in the wild. But soon I recovered and found myself in the beginner community.

And that did the trick. Then I read a couple of posts about dolphins, and that filled me with joy! From then on, I started swimming to catch one, come what may, and I did.

I have visited places where dolphins swim, sharks hunt, and whales are found. But it was not as easy to reach this dolphin point. However, I reached my first 5,000 SP and swam with my first dolphin. That was the last week in the month of March 2023.

4th July 2023, and I was almost there, Yeeee, I reached my second dolphin with 10,000 SP. I want to jump with joy but maybe later. I had to pay 9 Steem to my continents, so despite having touched the rope, I decided to wait, but can you imagine what I was going through?

I could have reached the goal that I set for myself much earlier, but for the contests I run and pay for, who knows if that helps me reach my target faster or works for me as motivation?

To be honest, I have been watching my wallet, and every single STEEM is accumulating, bringing me closer to my second dolphin status. But then I remembered what my seniors, @disconnect and @patjewell, had told me: "The first dolphin is the hardest, but the second comes faster", I believe that my third will come even faster.

Trust me, my intention is to try and bring my third as fast as I can because I have already started working on that as I can see it creeping closer to the mark of my next dolphin.

I could have bought a few Steem and brought this moment earlier, but then I decided to let it happen on its own and kept a close watch. I concentrated on my work and contests, but my mind was driving me to my wallet every few hours to check the new developments.

I kept coming back to Steemmit even while I was working on my project that I have to submit by the end of this week, which will decide the date of our departure to Australia. Finally, it would be like two good news stories at the same time. A double dolphin here and a visit to Jervis Bay, the home of Dolphins in New South Wales

However, as per tradition, I will power up now to complete the formalities and show the Steemit world that there is another double dolphin in the pool.

I am sure, I couldn't have asked for a better moment for me as, after almost four months, I am writing another dolphin post. I hope I will write my third in less time.

So here is what I did: I joined the special group of double dolphins.

I have achieved what I was looking for in the last four months.
