산책할 수 있는 점심 시간
I feel
평일에는 1시간의 점심 시간이 있다. 식사를 마치면 잠시 걸을 수 있는 시간이 있다. 나무와 하늘을 보며 걸으면 즐겁다. 긴 시간은 아니지만, 마음의 여유를 찾을 수 있다. 약간의 운동 효과도 있다. 머리도 식힐 수 있다. 이런 저런 효과와 좋은 점이 있어 점심 시간에는 약간의 시간을 내어 걷는다. 걸을 수 있는 시간이 있어 감사하다.
또 다시 월요일이 시작되었다. 이번의 새로운 한 주도 잘 지내보고 싶다.
