If your posts are not getting rewarded

If your posts are not remunerated, you paying attention to the development and promotion of the audience, and increase the quality of communications, to increase the number of replies and upvote.
Whales pass their wealth to others on a daily basis. This is an expected thing whales to transfer power, wealth and reputation of others, in a constant way. This is part of a healthy ecosystem. Simply rake in easy cash, and tell people that they can do the same thing is not sustainable.
I would not want the masses of users are just trying to make a quick buck, I believe that most of them will not. Most of these users through easy and will not be too much attention.
Rewarding members for their hard work can keep them motivated. They will appreciate your caring and be more likely to continue doing a good job for you.
