Doctor Worm's Minnow-Making Machine, Week 4 update

Week 4 here. The chart is smaller this week because low delegation prices inspired me to start a second account at this level, so some of the less-active users moved over to @particleman. I'm also working on getting level 2 started. The full project overview is up at @themesopotamians.

Doctor Worm's Minnow-Making Machine is a user-level curation initiative designed to support the account growth of high-quality posters through the expanded power of minute-zero votes. It's an outgoing support initiative, not a vote-trading scheme. Support from our users is appreciated but not expected.

Dr. Worm is run by @tcpolymath and currently the only way to get into the program is to attract his attention through your posting.

Self is now self-and-system votes. The new "other" category is cross-voting @particleman users to control voting power being too high; that will replace sold votes as the strategy to keep the account from sitting at 100% and wasting power. You can probably expect to get some manual votes from that account in return, as managing its voting power has been harder. With Sami and Photocircle reliably using votes here this account has been much more manageable.

Bugs and emergent behaviors

• Not really much. I've been spending a lot of time figuring out how to balance between the two accounts.
• The dip in Steem price has really caused a drop-off in posting the last few days, much more than the usual midweek lull. Not as much of an issue here as it has been across the site, though.
