Yeah that's me every time I eat spicy food. I keep telling myself "Stay away from spicy food" nek minit
Just a tip, you should eat something fatty first. Fat absorbs oil, and capsicum is the oil in peppers that makes them hot.... trust me, I'm a pepper.
