My Traditional Delight

in STEEM FOR BETTERLIFElast month (edited)
Hello to all my lovely steemian friends and seniors. ... Today I am very happy to be a part of contest "Veggie Takeover"! Organised by @guddybest maam. ... today I am going to share one of my recipes for the first time on Steam Better Life.

This contest is a great way to draw attention towards clean and healthy eating, it is a great way to share your love for vegetables.

Now it depends on us that how much we are aware about vegetables and how much vegetables we like to eat, or how we can include vegetables in our every diet.

Today I am sharing with you all the recipe of Dry Soya Manchurian made by me. For this recipe I have used some of the ingredients available in the house.

Ingredients:
....

Two cups of soya chunks, three cups of water
Two teaspoons of curd, one teaspoon of ginger garlic paste,
Four teaspoons of cornstarch, two onions,
One capsicum, one green chilli,
Cottage cheese, one tomato
Tomato ketchup, vinegar,
Soya sauce, red chilli sauce
Salt, black pepper as per taste
And Kashmiri red chilli powder,
Oil for frying.

Method:
....
First of all I heated water in a vessel, then put soya chunks in it because soya chunks do not have any flavour of their own. That is why I added some salt and ginger garlic paste in it, so that the flavour reaches inside the soya chunks. And boiled them till they became soft, after they became soft, filtered the soya chunks through a sieve, cooled them a little and squeezed them lightly with hands.

Now I transferred the soya chunks to a ball, then added two spoons of curd, two spoons of cornstarch, salt, black pepper and Kashmiri red chilli powder, mixed it by hand and marinated it and left it for 5 minutes.

Now I heated oil in a pan and fried the marinated soya chunks till they were crispy.

When they became crispy and golden, I took them out of the oil.

Now I cut the onion and capsicum in petal shape.

Cut the green chillies thinly and lengthwise and cut paneer into small pieces.

Now I took another pan and prepared the sauce in it. To prepare the sauce, first of all I kept a pan on the gas to heat, poured two spoons of oil in it, put onion and capsicum to fry.

When they were lightly fried, I added one spoon of all the sausages in it. Now to make the sauce thick, I dissolved one spoon of cornflour in half a bowl of water and added it, then added salt and black pepper according to taste, now added small pieces of paneer, then added crispy soya chunks and mixed it. Now at last, added tomatoes and mixed it for 1 minute and garnished it with coriander leaves.

This is how I prepared a super healthy snack.
