SEC-S16W2 | My Trip to a Museum or Zoo | The newest addition to the Kristiansand art scene is the “Kunstsiloen” (Norway)
This project of transforming this old grain silo into an art center has taken 7 years. Private individuals and foundations are behind the entire project. When it became known to the citizens, it created big headlines and a lot of discustions in the political parties. But now it is open. It might turn out to be popular. I also think it might be a place many tourist will like to visit.
When inside I actually got just as occupied with the staircase. I was not the only one. Look at one of the photos. Another person is standing in the bottom taking photos in the opposite direction.
It was impossible to get good photos outside. There were too many people. The only one I took was the one above that shows the top and side building. But I also found an older photo from 2020 that gives a much better idea of the whole silo.
Thats my entry for https://steemit.com/hive-188972/@travelingsteem/sec-s18w2-or-my-trip-to-a-museum-or-zoo and I will like to invite @stef1 @shohana1 @patjewell

When I see that some old abandoned places are fashioned and turned into such attraction place it makes me happy. I always think about those people who spend time and finance for initial construction. It is a shame when then people decide to leave them without any use or even when they are completely demolish. Silos look interesting in black and white and I definitely like the architecture of it.
Beautiful place and I am glad that you decided to take part in this challenge!
I have followed the development of the silo since they started on the project. It's located close to an area where I often go for walks. I think the result is absolutely amazing. I have heard many people say the same, so I think many of the citizens of Kristiansand will go there. I certainly will 😊

Saludos @digi-me, es interesante saber que han dado nuevo uso los antiguo silo.
Aunque dardo sus años en la reconstrucción hoy por hoy tiene un hermoso museo.
😊
Besides the fact that the structures are eye-catching, the photos with the black and white effect make them even more striking !!!
The effect of the structures and the stairs are great!
