The bee suddenly stopes circling around the flower and lands on it. It feeds all the honey inside.
Passion fruit is a great source of minerals and vitamins.
Passion fruit is good in vitamin-C, providing about 30 mg per 100 g. Vitamin-C (ascorbic acid) is a powerful water-soluble antioxidant. Consumption of fruits rich in vitamin-C helps the human body develop resistance against flu-like infectious agents and scavenge harmful, pro-inflammatory free radicals.
Passion fruit plants grow along the tropical regions in a wide variety and are very resistant to pest attacks. They don't need any special care hence easy to cultivate around our own home. Ants and bees are attracted to the thick musk of this flower and help in the pollination process.
