Snaps from last week
Hello friends!
It's finally Friday, the official start to my weekend. Another great week is behind me, so I though I would share with you a few snaps that I've taken lately. It's been a really nice week, the weather was amazing here in Zurich. I think we'll spend our weekend doing nothing, just cooking, watching movies, wandering around the city and enjoying the last summer days. :)
When the weather is hot, this is how I keep cool. I love all kinds of infused waters and lemonades. Making a delicious drink like this is so simple. All you need are some lemons, oranges, levander, ice and water. Easy-peasy, right? :)

I got this beautiful bouquet from my dad for my birthday. :) I love flowers so much!
I've been recently adding chickpeas to all my salads. So delicious!
They are great on their own as a delicious healthy snack, or they pair well with creamy soups and salad. Just drain and rinse canned chickpeas with water, toss them with a little olive oil, season with sea salt, black pepper, chilly flakes and bake for about 40 to 50 minutes in a 400° F oven. Enjoy!

Today I started my day with some cappuccino at my favorite coffee place in Zurich- Bovelli.
Tonight after dinner we decided to go for a walk in our neighbourhood. It was such a nice way to end our day. I should definitely do that more often!

I love all these pictures. I must try that lavender lemonade - it may be a job to try and track down some fresh lavender. The food pictures look amazing! Making me hungry, girl.
