Prolog 前言

Today is my best friend Louis wedding day, and the splurge wedding dinner is driving everybody nuts. Here's the menu for your information. As usual, going to occasion like this will usually require a lots of social skill. Considering many common friends who have not been in touch for donkey years, once meet up will have those kind of awkward questionnaires. Those who met me before I go on diet, said I slimmed down a lot. Those who last seen me after my diet control before I start to workout and gain muscles said I became fat all over again. Anyway, I'm returning favor by shooting questions back to those still single by asking when is their turn to get married. Those who married, when are they gonna have kids. Those who already have kids, ask them when is the following expectation. Chinese wedding dinner, the most awkward questionnaires round table "discussion" with alcohol and truth be told but nobody will give a damn to remember after the event.

今天是好友路易斯的婚礼，餐桌上的晚宴是空前的丰富，大家看了都傻眼。这里和大家分享一下酒席的餐单，非常丰富而且昂贵。跟平时一样，酒席都是需要很多应酬功夫来过关的，今晚上也不例外。在场也有很多远亲/近亲/旧同事/朋友/同学什么的。当中一定有一大堆是以前见过面认识的，然后就是一连串好像机关枪一样的问答比赛。在我减肥以前最后一次见过我的人都会问怎么减肥减到这么瘦，是否有病？如果是在我减肥以后，还没有开始运动，最后一次见面的，就会讥笑我到底是吃什么又反弹了变成这么“大只”了。唉，真是一言难尽。所以，我以问题来回答问题，反击他们。还没结婚的被我问什么时候才结婚停止收红包？结婚还没生孩子的，问什么时候才甘愿舍弃穿套开始造人计划？已经造人的，什么时候再追加？华人结婚就是这种难看的样子，问来问去都是别人私生活。喝酒喝多了，自然说话也诚实。但是问的人根本不管你回答的是真是假，因为都是喝醉了，反正大家明天一觉醒来就全忘了。

Workout 运动

So I reached home about 12am after the wedding dinner. Carrying a lots of high cholesterol food and a tiny little bit of shit water (alcohol beverages to be exact), and quickly get down on my 1 minute plank. It's a challenge, be it right or wrong, I have to do it regardless. For the first few seconds it was alright, but the following, sweaty palms, head start ticking, can literally feel blood flow through the vines across my forehead. Towards the last 10 seconds, almost gonna puke my brains out. Rather interesting way of challenging limits.

结果，回到家差不多十二点了。带着一肚子的高胆固醇食物和一些屎水（酒精饮品），赶快准备一下就爬下来做平板支撑。不是时间长短，不是对或不对。这个是一个挑战。一分钟平板，三十天，不能有藉口！开始几秒钟还好，过了就不同了。手心开始冒汗，双手开始失去平衡。眼前的景物开始旋转，脑袋前面感觉到血管在跳动着，血液在高速输送中。到最后十秒钟，肚子的食物开始逆流的感觉，好像被挤回上喉咙的感觉，差点把脑袋给吐出来了。话说，这种挑战极限的方法还挺刺激的（如果不会死的话）。
