That is so intense, do you know why they stopped cleaning up the water? So sad for the water.
They just abandoned the place... the groundwater and rain accumulated and eventually contaminated through contact with heavy metals.
oh my, that is so sad for the area I wish the corporations would be more mindful.

It's in a small portuguese village, located in the Alentejo region (south of Portugal), called Mina de São Domingos
ohh what colors so striking, that regret that things are abandoned.
