The "Real Happy Meal"
This was an old pic of what we feasted on New Year's dinner served 2 years ago. Let's see, I think I can still remember the dishes:
- Spaghetti
- Broiled fish
- Sauteed shrimp
- Stewed pork
- Cold cuts of ham
- Tropical fruit salad
- Chicken macaroni salad
- Sliced bread
- Cake rolls
- Sliced Edam cheese
- Fresh tropical fruits
Now that is one happy meal I will gladly partake again with the ones I love...
I'm currently dieting and trying to get a nice summer bod, but I'm so excited for Christmas and New Year's! Winter time will be heavy (with all the holidays plus having a January birthdayyyyy) but it's the best time to gain some weight. At least you don't feel guilty, mmm
