Week three: six-week health challenge-A life without stress

Happy day my dear steemians, first of all giving thanks @healthsquared and @sweetsssj for supporting this contest and promote good health both physical and mental.

If you are plagued by anxiety, it is difficult for you to sleep because you worry about the day ahead and you are a victim of constant headaches, then you have entered the area of greatest stress.

The first thing I do when I'm stressed is exercise.

But I have come to understand that the most important thing to counteract the stress in your life is to do what you like most, it is a sensation of inner fullness that is reflected in your mind and body.
Since I was little I had an incredible connection with the creation and with the creator so I love writing, I can spend hours writing my own stories.

We all come to this world with a purpose and when we find it then we leave all burden and give everything for it. My case is that I have always liked social work, working with children in street situations, when I do this work with the church or my own initiative I feel fulfilled, without stress, I am passionate and when I do, I feel freedom.

Foundation for the renewal of a child "Vastagokids" is the part that frees me, just thinking how many children you can give happiness, food, shelter, and most importantly, love, has no comparison.




One of the things I do frequently is to meditate: Meditation is a great way to relax your mind and you can meditate almost everywhere and at any time. Just choose a quiet place where you can sit at ground level and close your eyes. Cross your legs and keep your hands in your lap. Focus on inhaling and exhaling, and allow your body to be governed by your breathing. Keep as still as possible and avoid restlessness.
