It is well worth a listen everyone. The Economics Lecturer had some good points but also very poor ones he taught it would go to zero. With all the fiat money printing since 2008 Bitcoin final $ price is who knows, but it will certainly not be zero. The Blockchain network behind is the technology which was poorly covered and this is technology which will change the world.

Take the world wide remittance market, people working abroad and sending money home. This is a multi billion market. Companies like Western Union charge upwards of 10% which is a transfer to a very wealthly company. By using Bitcoin where fees are relatively cheap, there is a massive transfer of wealth to a poorer section of society surely this is a good thing.

I challenged the presenter via Twitter in the exchange that followed things got interesting. I challenged them that Bitcoin would be worth more in 6 months. And yes it did break that, the challenge that i put up to presenters and Economic Lecturer was ignored. Bitcoin is currently at $2353

It was an interesting clip and I was a glad I engaged with the particants via Twitter to call them out on a number of issues.
