Preemptive Attack Before It Becomes A Necessity - D00k13 Digest #430
What up my peeps, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, being faced with both of the major reasons for quitting smoking(health & expense) I have decided to not wait till my move is over as I had previously mentioned but instead go ahead and just quit now. The health reasons of the equation is not actually a major player this time rather it is the financial reasons, simply put I do not want to spend another $60 on a bottle of e-juice when I need to save as much as possible for the upcoming move.
So I finished my tank of juice, took apart my rig and left to dry out, I would have smashed the thing to prove my point that I am over it but my fiance can still find use for it 😝
Thank You for all the support the last time, as this time I am quitting for myself an no other reasons I do believe I will be able to stick with it!

I think the act of smoking is just as addictive as the substance. I quit using tobacco in favor of vaping. Then I have been slowly tapering down the nicotine level over the last few years. Though, I think I'm at a sticking point now. Maybe I should bump it down again and try to get to the 0 nic level sooner than later.

The act is my trouble also, I can go 48 hrs no nic no problem and then the head rushes make me sick after that and the nic is no longer enjoyable but I kept on the 0 nic last time and the habit of smoking along with the shop I go to running out of 0 nic juice of the only flavour I liked combined with life’s stress I went back up to 3 🤦♂️ dumb move.
I highly suggest just going cold turkey after your comfortable at 3 and kick the habit while kicking the addiction as that habit will make it more challenging than need be 😉

how much is the juice? and how frequent you smoke through it ? Just wondering if it's cheaper than cig.
Definitely cheaper depending on how much you smoke cigs, juice is from $30-60 depending on flavour and I get about a week on a bottle. The big thing is you can adjust the nicotine levels so that was at 3mg but 6mg lasts a little longer and 12mg I barely need to use the thing...... for me it’s more the physical habit of smoking than the nicotine 😉

Thanks my friend, wish I never started back up but man things have just been so stressful lately... Wedding is over and done with so that’s a huge stress out of the way but I now have 16+ hours of footage to go through 🤦♂️ nvm the housing situation 🤦♂️
