I Feel Like This Cloudy Moon Lite Sky
I know my inner light is in there somewhere but it is obscured by the clouds of discomfort, the new living situation is a big change.
Stress and lack of sleep is eating at me along with the realization that I absolutely need to get onto an earlier shift, my sanity depends on it. For the first time in over eight years I am contemplating a career change. I have been asking my current employer for well over two years to get on an earlier shift and just shortly before going on my last vacation in August the interaction I had with my manager reinforced my thoughts on why I haven’t gotten it yet though being told I would. I have watched far too many people get hired into the shift that I would prefer only to have them leave a few months later then the cycle continues.
Though I am trying to remain hopeful the thoughts of further change within my life is leaving me feeling that more uneasy.
