Curators Review - July 2018
This is a report of the monthly statistics of curators and it's intended for Curie curators. In the month of July, 31 curators participated, a decline that has continued over the past months. However, the performance of curators in terms of Approval Rating has increased leading to greater efficiency and use of resources.
Congratulations to @lordkingpotato for accumulating the highest CS over the just concluded month. Curators were required to maintain an AR of 70% over the past month irrespective of the number of submissions, which majority did. Additionally, curators are required to maintain a minimum 55% AR at all times, throughout the month, once they have submitted more than 5 posts. Dropping below 55% AR at any point may lead to an immediate disqualification. Each month resets on the last day of the month, 1500 UTC.

Direct curation / reviewer qualification update
The threshold to qualify for direct curation or reviewing in July was at a cumulative 250 CS / 95 AR over the last 6 months. Currently, there are two curators closest to the qualification threshold.

Interesting to see how curators are also judged. I like curation and curating in general just because I enjoy encouraging others to give their best and keep making good stuff. However I do know curie curators get paid for their work, so it's also nice to see they do get judged for their hard work (and recognized as well). Maybe one day I can also curate here too and get someplace near the top.
