The Tax Reform That Will Make Me Feel Much Better Soon

It seems that having a frequent dialysis is just a chore thing to do because of the preparations we have to do plus the gas and all those extra expenses. But I really needed it now because most of the time at the eve of my dialysis I am already feeling ill and bloated most especially.

But having a frequent dialysis would mean that I have a lesser time to wait for my next session and that I will have more days feeling well and good that having to contend with a day of not feeling well generally particularly in having to really endure being waterlogged which causes my blood pressure to rise.

Having a pressure inside me is making me feel miseried and I often would stop what I am doing and sleep it off so I would not have to be aware of my body's hard-up moments. Fortunately I am able to sleep nonetheless and I thank God for that otherwise I will taste the whole ordeal of having to really endure these terrible things between dialysis especially near my session days.

Now that the tax reform law regarding tobacco excise tax that had made by the government for the reason of funding the universal health care of my country's citizens I might be able to see what I am dreaming about plus there is a plan too about taxing liquor some more which is called an excise tax for the same reason.

Those are called Sin Taxes and also aims to discourage young people in starting vices like smoking which one this country's leading cause of death. Now at least that factor will now be curved and will cause the lives of many to improve since there is what we call a second-hand smoke where a non-smoker is affected just like a smoker because they could also smell the tobacco that someone is smoking.
