I Just Chose To Sleep Today And Dreamed Of Weird Things

I tried to watch a movie today but it makes me feel sleepy every time I do it so I would turn off my laptop and sleep it off rather than trying to fight my sleepiness that doesn't come often to me. It was all good although I do have an intermittent sleep pattern which just means that I often wake up in the middle of my sleep for some reason or another.

Fortunately I can get back to sleep again just as easily as I am sleepy. Today I had a dream as well. It was really weird as it can be and this time I was wit some persons and I was shooting birds with my air shotgun that has to be pumped in order to charge it, it is quite funny.

There was this scene where I climbed a building and entered a medical warehouse where I sneaked myself outside so that I will not be able to be seen by employees and the guard. But of course it is not the entirety of that dream because I could not remember the scenes preceding or after that but it was like an adventure.

There was this scene that I faintly remember where I was walking near a gorge before I climbed that building That I was talking about. It is just amazing how our brains does things that makes us get into a journey like a virtual reality minimally does so it was in itself an enjoyable experience for me.

But what I am thankful is that I do not get interrupted on my sleep now with a racing heart like I was being chased by a dog. Maybe cutting back on coffee had helped me and replaced it with drinking pineapple juice. Now I am not coffee addict anymore which is the reason that I am getting sleepy at night because I am not drinking coffee at night time where it disturbs my sleep pattern.
