My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2023

Doing my stretches because of back pains. It's beginning to build up again. It's a must because I'm not getting younger.

Walking is my main activity. Often, I don't have my phone with me. Too bad.

I really need a Fitbit or a smart watch which I can connect to Actifit with. There are some cheap smart watches but it might be a waste of money if it won't work as I intended it for use.
