My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2019
Today we did @cryptospa's actifit challenge and I feel like I been beat lol 😞I have not tried to get big numbers in quite some time, so my body was like.. "what the $$%&&%$ are you doing?"
It started out looking like it was going to be a very rainy day, and it did sprinkle a bit, but turned out being a very nice day. We did all of our walking in the park, and in between all that walking I still managed to get my pushups in, This time on the railroad tracks, you can see it here
We then took a trip to Tams brothers house and hung out for a while, then we came back home and walked some more. After that I worked on some computer stuff and watched some more NBA playoffs.
Once again here are my shoes when I got back from all that walking, no automaticwin today, but I felt like the biggest winner in the world when I got these old bones into that hottub lol.😀😀😀

Amazing stepping action 💪, am laughing hard at the burning shoes. My feet and shoes were on 🔥 fire too after a whole day of stepping and activities 😹. I understand it perfectly.

Thanks buddy, I usually dont get big stepping numbers anymore since I added jogging to my routine, so this was a shock to my system lol 🤪
