水煮法：
用水煮的，
当水略为沸起的时候，

把里面的热水倒掉，
再加入冷水，
再把水倒掉，
大约换2次冷水，
完成。

PS：
煮好之后，再用冷水，可以让水饺之间不会黏在一起，吃起来也会比较Q。
包肉的要煮的比较久1些，所以当水略为沸起的时候，就要放入。
如果是素菜的水饺，可以水全部滚开，再加入，浮起之后，便可以捞起。
