Time is also an investment !
When I joined steem, I realized that's a proof of brain. Then I learned about it more and I found it proof of stake and I even felt that's it's proof of activity, that means the more active you are, the more rewarded you'll be.
Recently I spend so much time thinking about steem, how to promote it, how it will be in the future, what we can do as steemians to improve it.
So, I come up with this idea as well : ''Steem is also a proof of time''. The longer you're positively active here, the more rewarded you are. That reward could be not only in monetary aspect, but in growing your audiance, defending your position in the community, having a real good reputation among steemians.
When I see someone active here for so long, I always follow such steemian and try to support him, even if he/she is not that active in the community. Life can dictate its rules and we may be very busy to be active.
I really appreciate steemians who are here for a lot time. There are a lot of steemians who joined in 2016 and still active for all this 3 years that steem exists. I think we have to learn from them. They are mostly positive about everything hapening here and never gave up on steem what ever happening here.
So, should we consider time as an investment as well ? Definitely !
I even think that time is more valuable than money, because money can be earned if lost, but we can never turn time back.
But, I think we should learn about everything that passed. We should always remember our mistakes and never forget the lessons learned from them. That's how our invested time in something will not be for nothing. We have to make sure that the next time we will spend with more attention and more caution.
Saving time is important and that's why we should manage our time very correctly.
Those are my thoughts about time and how I consider it the most important investment.

In fiat value here, most will get less than a real job. I hope the crypto fever will bring back the wind in our direction.
Yeah, crypto world is not stable. If we want to grow here, we just should have a real job at the same time. Every single second spend on doing something to earn, should be paid. The more I grow up, the more I value my time.
Yes. Time is money.
I started blogging here when I realized I had not $$$ to put into my retirement accounts, so I put time in instead.
Unfortunately, although the number of coins I hold keeps getting bigger, the amount it is worth in FIAT keeps getting smaller. This is not a huge worry though, as I am looking to spend this money when I am OLDER. In 20-30 years this will either be HUGE, or a fun hobby that "mom" had for a while.
Yeah, you are right. It's like a lotery that we may win in the future and it could be huge for sure. Let's hope that our time spended here will give us good returns in the future. ☺
I realized that when I see that I spent 4 and five hours on social media sites
But when I see that you can be rewarded for thinking and searching for good content and ideas
I realized the importance of time
Of course, that's why I don't spend any time in other social media, unless promoting steem there sometimes. So, my only social media is steem and what's related to it. ☺
