Clemson Tigers vs Florida State Seminoles

The #2 ranked Clemson Tigers will be on the road to Tallahassee on Saturday, facing of against the Florida State Seminoles. As the Tigers have improved since the start of the season, the Seminoles are also beginning to find a rhythm under new head coach Willie Taggart. After Jimbo Fischer moved on to Texas A&M last year, Willie Taggart came in changing the offense from a pro-style, to an up-tempo spread offense. While they struggled during the beginning of the year, only putting up a combined total of 10 points in the season opener against Virginia Tech and Syracuse, they are making improvements in the way they play the game, losing to the Miami Hurricanes by just a single point.

The Tigers are a 17 point favorite coming into this game. Florida St will have to play better on defense if they hope to keep this a close game, but with Clemson's high ranked offense, that may prove to be a challenge. Look for redshirt Sophomore Isaiah Simmons, whose position change from safety to middle linebacker, to make some big plays coming into Saturday's game.
