Charlotte: A dream pastry shop
A new pastry shop that amazes by the visual impact of the quantity of sweets and colors is Charlotte. The entrance to the patisserie really leaves you stunned and the scent of brioche and coffee is also extraordinary.
When I got to the dessert counter, I had to choose which pastry to taste and believe me that the choice was not easy. Finally, I decided to taste the zeppola, a pasta filled with cream, a drop of black cherry and sugar on the top.
The pastry shop also serves excellent coffee to drink rigorously bitter when tasting a dessert. I stopped to look at the cakes in the large refrigerators, with a rounded shape and bright colors.
The pastry shop is large and has some tables on which you can sit if you want to better taste the desserts. The place is really well kept, clean and tidy. Probably it is necessary to improve the waiter service not adequate for the amount of people visiting the pastry shop.

Ne approfitto che ieri e oggi sarò alla Fiera dell'Alimentazione a Rimini, per questo motivo non sono stato praticamente presente ieri su questa stupenda piattaforma, quello che vedo ottimamente esposto in questo tuo post è esaltato dagli operatori del settore, a pochi metri di distanza dallo stand eri avevo Luca Montersino, chi conosce un po' le trasmissioni di cucina sa di chi parlo, da stasera ritorno in pari con tutto, non vedo l'ora....
