ColorChallenge Tuesday Orange: Nikita Underwater
Nikita is a geogeous model and makeup artist from Sydney who volunteered her time at my very first attempt at shooting models underwater and still today I have many favourites from that set.
Shooting underwater is extremely challanging but theres usually an ethereal and emotive look that I love above them.
Shot on Canon 60D, 10-22mm EFS F2.8 and Ewa Marine Soft Housing with DIY lighting rig.

I am actually surprised how many makeup artists are great models too. I have been shooting muas on more than one occasions too but never seen one to go underwater :)) Great shot!
Have seen a number doing modelling and good quiet good at it. Have also seen some models becomes good photographers. Trying to think of some photographers turned model and that leaves a blank though I sure there are a few.

Really...beautiful picture. Looks dificult to capture such a beautiful picture. Cause you don't have much controle over the fabric and hair under water.
Thanks @divaliciouss There always a lot of variables at play that make these difficult. Most often its water clarity.
