SEC S16W4 : The Diary of A Man

Today, March 21 2024, coincides with the 10th day of the month of Ramadan. The month in which Muslims are required to fast.
I started my activities this morning at around 09:00 am to visit the market and shop. Market activity looks as usual even though people are fasting. Coffee and food shops appear to be closed. Only fish and vegetable traders were seen actively selling.

The atmosphere at the morning market
I only bought vegetables and fish to prepare for the iftar menu later. Without my wife accompanying me, I enjoyed my activities at the market for a while before returning home.
During the day I just rest at home while accompanying my little child to study while playing, considering he is only just over two years old. After playing with my daughter, I took a nap for about an hour after performing midday prayers.
Waking up I went back out of the house to buy some necessities. I shopped at a nearby mini market by riding a motorbike. The weather was quite hot, I had to wear a jacket and a protective helmet.
I bought several products such as cooking oil, products for the bathroom and also several kinds of products that were at discount prices. Here I spent around IDR 100,000 or 21 Steem. Soon I was back home.

At 17:30 in the afternoon I went back out of the house with my wife and daughter to "ngabuburit". This is a tradition that we usually do before breaking the fast. Usually we deliberately buy several kinds of food for the iftar menu.
I bought several kinds of fresh food and drinks such as young coconut ice, wet and dry cakes. Chocolate bananas and several other types of snacks.
Satisfied with buying various cakes and fresh drinks, I immediately returned home. Assisted by my wife, I immediately prepared an iftar event with my family at home. Five minutes later, a siren sounded, indicating that it was time to break the fast. I immediately read a prayer and broke my fast with a cup of young coconut ice.

It sounds like you had a productive and enjoyable morning at the market, despite the fasting atmosphere. It's interesting how the market dynamics change during Ramadan, with some shops closed while others remain open. It's great that you were able to find what you needed for your iftar menu. Such a great daily activity my friend, keep it up ..
There is a difference between market conditions before and after fasting. Many shops are closed, especially in the morning because many people are fasting
Thank you very much for your visit..
It's nice to know about your daily activities. Moreover, Ramadan is the month of fasting, so there is a change in your daily activities and diet.
That's why you came home early for Iftar. It is great to know about your full-day engagement and activities. I wish you success in this competition.
Greetings buddy,
In this month of Ramadan I prefer to stay at home because the weather conditions are very hot. Just go out to buy iftar food in the afternoon. Of course I really enjoyed all the activities on the this month.
Thank you very much for your visit and support.. Greetings success 👏
Ramadan has to change our daily routine compared to other times. All day long as we fast and have to stop eating and drinking. We fast all day and break the fast with a good drink. May Allah accept your iftar shopping and fasting iftar.
Thank you very much for your visit and kind prayers 👏
Of course in this month of Ramadan we have to change a little activity because we have to refrain from eating and drinking. And this month is a blessing for all Muslims.
Thank you for your support..
