Food Diary #002 | Nasi Rames Telur

Good day everyone

Back to my regular post about foodie now, This time I am sharing you what I had for lunch earlier today. It is Nasi Rames Telur. Nasi rames is a mixed rice, which mean the rice is mixed with various side dish, mostly with vegetables. So my mixed rice today had an Egg as the main dish, so it's call Egg Mixed Rice or Nasi Rames Telur.

As you can see above, basically there were 3 dishes on that mix. First one was my main dish, an egg, an omelet for sure. the second one is on the upper left side, a rempeyek. Rempeyek is aJavanese style cracker. The last one was the vegetable one, on the right side, URAP. Urap is an another Javanese cuisine, which is a mix of steamed or boiled vegetable with some spiced grated coconut as it's dressing or seasoning.

So how do you think about this dish? I know for some people from Europe migh see this as something bizarre because people here love to mix all their dish into their plate and eat all in mix at the same time.
