Steemit Open Mic Week 67 - Desperado

This will be my first attempt at Open Mic. Actually I'm quite nervous because I've never joined any open mic competitions before, be it online or offline. After constant encouragement from my Steemit mentor, @zord189, I decided to finally take the leap of faith. As musicians, we always think that we're never good enough, especially when it's a recording (where your mistakes are there forever). Hoping that this will be the first of many to come though! :)

The hands you see there belong to me and the lovely voice you hear is my wife's. We decided on an Eagle's classic - Desperado. This is one of those evergreens where no matter what era you come from it still resonates with you. I've attached the lyrics below as well. Hope you enjoy the performance as much as we enjoyed making this video!
