Day 171 Peak Condition Levels
Friday was a good day with a lot of activity. One of the things I have been doing is making sure my appartment and most of all my kitchen is clean at any give time. I tend to get lazy and leave some dishes unwashed since I always eat when my food is prepared. Making sure everything is cleaned up direct after or in the evening really makes things more enjoyable.
I was quite active on friday. Since I'm testing out creatine supplements and started eating more calories with an eye to gain some actual muscles, I am also slowly increasing my work out time. I did all my planking yesterday and also did a run in the afternoon making a stop at the weight lifting construction in the recreational domain close to where I live to do some extra reps. I'm also feeling that I'm reaching my all time high condition levels again. Because I did not expect to do 10000 steps I did not activate the actifit tracker but I ended up well above it.
September Core Work Out.
I'm making september a month where I will work out my core joining the Planking Challenge from Katie (See Announcemen Post). Week 1 Day 5 had a similar to yesterday plank variation. (See Post). I also included all the previous variations twice during the day.
