Day 135 Inspiration
I've been enjoyig watching some Penn & Teller videos on youtube and keep getting those suggested as a result. Yesterday there was a video in my suggestion list of Penn talking about his weight loss that I could somehow relate to.
The way he talks about how it's all a habit and one kind of food after another just falls away and you don't really want it anymore despite craving for it so hard in the past. He seems in a spot where he still allows himself cheat days, but I'm quite sure at some point he will realise it make no sense whatsoever to allow yourself to be irresponsible. It is quite the challenge though, but once you are there it all goes nearly automatic without any discipline required.
