Healthy beautifying soup 健身养颜汤

This is the healthy and nourishing soup I made myself. The material is soya bean, potatoes and tomatoes. They are all healthy ingredients. Soy is rich in isoflavones, which can delay the aging of female cells, keep skin elastic, reduce bone loss, promote bone formation, reduce blood lipid and other effects. Potato is a healthy food that is often eaten in our daily life. Tomatoes are called long - lived fruits, and have the effect of improving immunity and the ability to against the cancer.

Actually, this potato and tomato soup should be familiar with everyone. But during the process of cooking, I added some soaked soybeans to taste more delicious . So if you don't have much time, to buy more potatoes and tomatoes, and make a simple soup is a good choice. It's delicious and nutritious. What do you think about it ?

这是我自己做的健身养颜汤。材料是大豆，土豆加西红柿。这些都是健康食材。大豆富含异黄酮，能够延迟女性细胞衰老、使皮肤保持弹性、养颜、减少骨丢失，促进骨生成、降血脂等作用。土豆更是大家日常生活中常吃的健康食品。西红柿有长寿果之称，具有提高免疫力，抗癌等功效。

其实这个土豆番茄汤应该对大家来说再熟悉不过，只不过在做的过程中， 我又加了点泡好的黄豆， 这样吃起来更香，更美味。平时如果没有太多的时间，多买点土豆，西红柿，简单做点这个汤也是不错的选择，既好吃又营养，何乐而不为呢？
