Double coulour dumplings welcome the New year. 白菜饺子迎新年

I love eating dumplings, so no matter when we celebrate holidays or the usual days, I like making dumplings. Because I think dumplings are delicious and simple, which is much simpler than cooking other things. Now I will introduce the double colored dumplings which I made to you. I want to make them look like Chinese cabbages. Unfortunately, the dumplings skin is not green enough , it didn't achieve the effect of green leaves. but it’s ok, it did not affect the taste of the dumplings . You want to know how I can make them ? Now let’s share it with you .

Ingredients:

Celery 400g

Meat stuffing

flour

Onion ginger

five-spice powder

salt

soy sauce

Peanut oil

Methods:

Wash the celery first, remove the leaves, and then boiled it with hot water. Then the celery was chopped and the celery juice was squeezed out.

Finish a dough with celery juice . Use water separately to complete another dough. Set aside and wait for a while .

Adjust the filling. The celery and meat together with five spice powder, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, add water. Stir in the stuffing.

This time I take out the green dough, roll into a round skin, not too thin.

Put the white flour dough onto the green flour round skin. Roll it into a strip and pull it into a small piece like this .

Start to make dumplings, the dumpling wrapper edge is a little bigger, so the Chinese cabbage dumplings are wrapped up.

Cook the dumplings in a pot for about 7,8 minutes. Then pull them out and on the plate.
The Chinese cabbage dumplings are finished.

If you don't like the celery stuffing, you can change it to your favorite dumpling stuffing. The double color dumplings are very nice. It's really like Chinese cabbage. New year's coming, so make delicious dumplings to welcome the new year , wish you happy all the time.

我爱吃饺子,不管是逢年过节,还是平时就喜欢包饺子,因为我觉得饺子好吃,又简单,相比较每天想着做什么菜来说简单多了。 今天我包的是双色饺子,我想让它长的像白菜样子, 可惜,芹菜汁和面之后,并没有达到叶子是绿油油的效果,不过也还看的过去,吃起来也别有一番风味。接下来就让我和大家分享一下白菜饺子的做法吧!

材料:
芹菜 400g
猪肉馅
面粉
葱姜
五香粉

酱油
花生油

做法:

先把芹菜洗净,去掉叶子,然后用开水烫一下。之后开始把芹菜剁碎,挤出芹菜汁。
用芹菜汁和面,完成一个面团。再用水单独和面,完成另一个面团。放一旁开始醒面。
调馅。把芹菜和肉放一起,加五香粉,料酒,盐,酱油,花生油,加点水。搅拌成馅。
这时候把绿色面团拿出来,揪一个小团,擀成圆形,不能太薄。
把白面团揉成一个长条,放到擀好的圆饼上,两边对接。成一个圆筒。
将圆筒揪一个个的小面团,然后开始擀皮。
开始包, 边稍微大些,这样白菜饺子就包好了。
包好的饺子,下锅煮, 大约7,8分钟,饺子飘上来,就熟了。

如果不喜欢芹菜馅,可以换成自己喜欢的饺子馅,双色饺子做好了很好看, 真的很像白菜呀。元旦了,好吃不过饺子, 大家还是自己动手包点吧!好看又好吃啊。

第一次见 饺子皮里面还能放菜沫沫,下次我也试试 哈哈

这个如果用菠菜,颜色就好些, 芹菜汁不 太明显, 我就又榨汁了一些叶子,所以你就看到末末啦,颜色再深点就好看了。
