Proactive Drink Today
Hi Friends,
Today, I am trying to stay ahead of a bug I feel coming on by drinking Emergen-C. This is a vitamin booster you add to your water to help boost your immune system.
Given some sickness at home, a couple of sneezes today, and a slight headache, I am hoping this will deter whatever my body is trying to fight off.
I am on the fence about these sort of drinks – yes, there are vitamins/nutireients in there, but can they really fend off an impending sickness? I am usually a little skeptical, but it certainly can’t hurt to try.
Of course, my headache could also be due to the fact that I have been working on my steemit and cryptocurrency transactions for tax purposes… 😝

Prevention is better than cure, right?
Even if it does not help as such, I see no way that a hit of vit C is gonna do anything other than give you a boost.
I am skeptical of Big Pharmaceutical products if I am completely honest so I would far rather try this method first. Regardless of just how much benefit it gives you I sincerely hope you dodge an illness and keep on rocking.
